Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
The ordering process is divided into two phases: the processing phase and the shipping phase.
Once you've placed your order with us, it enters the processing phase. Processing takes 1–3 business days and includes order confirmation, preparation, quality control, and packaging.
After that, your order leaves our warehouse and shipping takes a further 7–14 business days.
Please note that we don't operate on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order takes longer than the estimated time frame, please let us know so we can look into it for you.
Why does shipping take a little longer?
Every MiaPina product comes straight from the source to your door, without the markups that come from distributors or retail storefronts.
Cutting out those extra steps lets us keep our prices fair and our quality high — and we pass the difference on to you.
The trade-off is that delivery can sometimes take a little longer. But we believe great products are worth the wait, which is why we always cover the shipping for you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we're happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA.
For international orders outside the U.S, shipping charges may apply at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your order number along with the email or phone number used at checkout.
Please note that we currently provide basic tracking information. We are actively working on a more detailed tracking experience and look forward to bringing you even clearer, real-time updates soon — so we can offer you the best possible experience.
I entered the wrong delivery address — what can I do?
No problem — just let us know the correct address as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it.
Please note that we can only make changes before your order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so you're welcome to initiate a return within 100 days of your delivery date.
How do I return a defective item?
We're sorry to hear something arrived in less-than-perfect condition. Please contact us at contact@miapina.com with your order number and a photo of the defect, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and UnionPay — all displayed for you securely at checkout.
