Policy Overview

  • Return Period: 100 days from the delivery date
  • Refund Processing Time: Up to 7 business days after we receive and approve your returned item
  • Return Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Return Conditions

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Your return request must be initiated within 100 days of receiving your order
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed, or that show any signs of use (for example, footwear with wear marks on the soles)
  • Products returned without their original packaging, tags, or labels
  • Hygiene-related and personal care items once the seal has been broken or the item has been opened
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Returns that arrive in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at contact@miapina.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Receive your return authorization and step-by-step instructions from our support team. Please don't send anything back before you've received this — returns sent without authorization can't be processed.
  3. Package the item securely so it's protected during transit.
  4. Ship it back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  • Inspection & Approval: We inspect returned items within 3 business days of arrival and notify you of the outcome.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email as soon as your refund is completed.
  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing on their end can take additional time. If you still need help, contact us and we'll look into it.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct size or variant exchanges. To switch size or color, simply return the original item for a refund (within 100 days, unused and in original packaging) and place a new order for the one you want. This is the fastest way to get the right item.

For defective or damaged products, contact us within 100 days of delivery — we'll cover return shipping and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.

Special Cases

  • Incorrect Item Received: Contact our support team. We'll cover all return costs and arrange free shipment of the correct item.
